  • Skilled in handling issues for drafting various legal documents and representing the clients before quasi-judicial authorities like CLB (NCLT/NCLAT), ITAT, AAR (Authority on Advance Ruling), Appellate Authority for NBFCs . also has experience in handling day to day legal matters including liaison with external counsel, preparation of suits, briefs etc. in corporate litigation whether civil or criminal. A leading consultant in NBFC matters has represented around 700-800 companies in RBI as well as Appellate Authority of NBFCs, Ministry of Finance.

  • Handling  other secretarial and legal matters and instituting systems and legal practices to secure the best interests of the organization, filing cases in their proper jurisdiction and issuance of notice;
  • Providing advise on general issues relating to Company Law, FEMA, RBI Act, Excise, VAT, Contract Law and Labour Laws and other economic and commercial laws;
